Order Notice

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all delivery orders unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Timing

Customers may indicate their preferred delivery time when placing an order.

While we will do our best to accommodate the requested timing, deliveries are scheduled within a 1-hour delivery window.

Example:
Preferred delivery time: 2:00pm
Estimated delivery window: 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply for unsuccessful deliveries or address changes after confirmation.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timing may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, building access restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Freshness

Our products are prepared fresh and are best consumed on the day of delivery unless otherwise stated.
